password reset

Hi haven't played habbo properly in about 3 years so need help. If I've forgotten the password for one of my ID's and I can't access the email account associated to it anymore. Do I have much hope? Are habbo customer service still really slow and useless?

Habbo's customer service is really really slow. I still have not gotten a reply on unlocking one of my old accounts after
providing them with all the information i can remember, for months now. I think there's no hope tho @Catchy; can't accessing
your email account, that is like the basic of retrieving your account :/

That happened with me, they were replying quick enough trying to get my information then just stopped - I just copied and pasted the same information again to them and they unlocked my account within 24 hours.

I don't think you have much hope though if you don't have the email Jake.

Its not worth the try, they said this to me after me also forgetting my password and email address to my old Safety account.

nothing better then that old email from Ione unbanning my account for scamming giggles.
