Default do you poo in public?

Does it bother you pooing in public? Personally I avoid at all costs but there's been one or two times at work where I've had no choice but to go, I really hate it though. Does it bother you or not?

Yes. Sometimes when you've got to go you've got to go!

    Obviously home is preferable though.

"Kyle D STaller, a gastroenterologist at Massachusetts General Hospital says that people who get into a habit of holding in can develop a dysfunction in the muscle used for pooing."She adds: "So holding in is bad. If you don't poo when you need to, all the waste and toxins are just sitting in there
"And your body keeps making waste, it can lead to an impacted bowel.
"Sometimes surgery is required, and if left untreated, an impacted bowel can actually kill you."

I literally cant shit during the day so im sort of safe but when I'm out I still get really anxious that I might need to go in public which causes me to eat less the previous day.

One of my biggest fears is pooping in public toilets. I don't even like pissing in public toilets
