    Default "All-You-Can-Eat" buffets

What food items should always be avoided at "All-You-Can-Eat" buffets and why?

Anything which can be picked up by hand, even if there are serving tongs nearby. People don't use serving tongs as often as they should. Or mix them to get another food item when there's tongs already for it.

I agree with not mixing the tongs but I'm all for mixing up the foods, trying something new. Sometimes you can get things which you dont think could be a good combination but ends up being SO tasty!

All you can eat needs a little bit of everything. I wouldn't think people just pick things up with their hands, unless they're kids.

Eh, it's not a big issue to me - health issues at buffets. Pizza hut does it here. And I get as much as I can.

All you can eat buffets are iffy, though I still love the one Chinese buffet here. They are always sanitary conscious and very good at keeping everything clean and sterile.
