Default Do you listen to certain music genres when youre feeling certain emotions?

For example; When you're sad you listen to depressive music etc.

I generally listen to slower songs when I feel sad because I think the slower songs have more meaning to it.

I listen to Daughtry/The Script style music. The songs have a great deal of meaning to them.

Umm, not really because music already has a touch of "mood booster" on it; so in the majority of the situations, music will affect the way I'm thinking about things, not the contrary, get it

If I am in the worst mood of my life, my go-to songs are usually by Simple Plan

If i'm a bit down I just listen to slower pop songs.

Yeah, sometimes. If I'm sad then I don't go out of my way to find sad music, but sometimes I'll prefer that.
