Have you ever hated someone?

I was having this conversation with @cheesycrisp; about hating someone and hate is a very strong word so I dont think ive hated anyone.. just really disliked them.

Difficult to answer, almost no because no-one has ever hurt me so much that I would say that, but there is one exception.

They're an exception but it's awkward because it's like i both hate and love them at the same time (not romantically, genuine hate and genuine unconditional love) so eh

When i was younger i had alot of anger.. as I matured I found different ways to cope with my hatred.Iv'e learned that holding on to anger is not healthy for you, and never does you anybody good.
