What job is taken for granted by everyone?

I think most people take most jobs for granted until they need to call upon their services. Then there are those jobs that they don't think much about but would if they were all suddenly vacated.
What jobs are taken for granted by everyone, or most people?

I agree with bin men and I'd say cleaners too. Most of the time, you might not see them doing their job cause they start early or late and I bet people wouldn't want to do that job but without them, they'd just be mess.
