The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their third child and bookmakers have already made their predictions on what the next royal baby name will be.

Royal fans are backing William and Kate’s third child to be a baby girl called Alice, early money suggests, according to Ladbrokes.

Alice is currently the firm favourite at 7/1, while other names mentioned include Arthur (10/1), Victoria (10/1), Alexandra (12/1), Albert (14/1) and Philip (14/1).

I like all of those names.

Wasn't keen on George as the first born name as we've already had six Kings by the name of George and all in the last 300 years. Charlotte not keen on as a name generally either. Be interesting if they pick a name like Albert to watch as the name's popularity with general public comes back - whenever there's a royal birth the name soars up the rankings that year in the statistics.
