If you die while playing it, where do you respawn and do you lose your items?

You repsawn in your teams room. and no, you loose no items.

What level are you? i am 68, and i can get the flag easy by using full rune, granite and d long. you just need lots of bandages :p

im combat 89 with full rune whip and gold decorative sheild / Guthix b00k

It's easy to get the flag <.< but those annoying ''noobs'' keep shooting the rocks at me when I'm on their team..I'm like ''Er dude..I'm on your team stop shooting rocks at me'' they're all like ''ops sorry'' :'] and cw give great xp!
