With the 180c+180d version you basically end up with 209c+130d worth of stuff plus 2 dog things and a badge, so basically (as usual with these deals) superb if you need HC but otherwise not the greatest perhaps. Dogs I can see going way down very quickly since they do nothing and are kinda minging.
