I occasionally use the arcade to play some of the games but recently it's saying:

The administrator has disabled playing games for your usergroup.

Hiya, thanks for pointing this out! When setting up some of the recent VIPs and in your case the Top Debater userbar they were set up to not be allowed to play the arcade, I’ve fixed them all now but let me know if you’re still getting the error
