    As you may know, I am the worst person ever at customer service.
    Customers get no respect from me, and I'm glad when they announce (Karen) that they will, "Never be coming back!"

    Have a shopping cart full of items and after you have scanned them all for check out ask you if you can remove about 20 items off the checkout list cause I don’t want them anymore :}

    I'll start by giving off loud exhales whilst I wait in the queue, subtly informing you that I am in a rush and you're going too slow.
    I'll then start a phone call right as I'm about to be served, and will make no attempt whatsoever to greet you or treat you even remotely like a human.
    I'll then proceed to unload my shopping onto the belt in no logical order whatsoever, so that when it comes to packing, I struggle.
    I'll also place all bottles I have in an upright position (Instead of laid down vertically), so when the belt moves, the bottles keep falling over.
    I'll then wait until I am next in line before I realise that I forgot something and won't be a minute, then come back 3 mins later with no additional product.
    I'll then decide I don't want the cucumber, so I'll leave it with you, you can go put it back.
    I'll then ask for multiple 5p bags and complain to you about their price and make a joke I'm sure you've never heard before about me having enough bags at home to last the year, but I forgot them this time.
    I'll then have to wait for you to process the larger items before I can start bagging because I didn't load my items on the belt correctly, causing the exit belt to be rammed full of unbagged items.
    I'll then try to stuff as much items into the bags as possible just to try and save an extra 5p, which causes delays
    I'll then whip out all my vouchers that I have and give them to you - I have no idea which ones are relevant, that's your job, oh and some might be expired too.
    I'll then see if I have enough cash to pay for the remaining balance, despite me never carrying much cash, I'll check away, counting away the pennies, before realising it'll have to be card.
    I'll then have to call my partner because the transaction is over £30 and I can't use contactless and I forgot my PIN.
    I'll then mention that I forgot to scan my loyalty card and ask if you can scan it now, despite knowing full well that I need to go to customer services with the receipt
    I'll then walk away leaving my basket on the floor and not in it's intended location that's merely a few feet away.
    No farewell, no thank you, no remorse.

    I will attempt to use my card but still have no idea how to use it although I've been using it for years!

    First I will tap it in the wrong spot
    Then I will tap it in a different wrong spot
    Then I will find the right spot but move it too fast
    Then I will ask you what it means when it says it has timed out
    Then I will decide to swipe it (and swipe it upside down)
    So I'll insert it (backwards)
    Then I will press the wrong button when it asks if I want cheque, savings or credit
    Then I will accidentally cancel it
    Then when you've restarted it I'll do my pin wrong so you need to restart it again
    Then when it's done I will say
    "I hope it hasn't charged me more than once"

    I would damage a few items before coming to your till and demand a discount and when you don't offer it I will demand and ask for your manager. And when I get home I will report you to Tescos HQ ;P
