What do you do when you're procrastinating?

lol really really struggled to spell procrastinating in the title there - forgot it had two t's somehow??

What kind of things do you get up to when you're procrastinating work, study or any other responsibilities?

rn I'm making hxf threads instead of finishing my notes on this week's part of my module x but generally I'll also check my phone every 3 seconds (I have to put it on silent so I'm not checking it every time it buzzes), chat to ppl I haven't spoken to in a while, scroll aimlessly through hxf (much less interesting when it was dead before everyone came back for quarantine), do laundry, change my sheets (love clean sheets)

my worst one is when I'm rly bored of doing an assignment I'll stand up from the table and just wander round the house, like do a quick circuit just wandering from room to room til I realise what I'm doing and force myself to sit back down

at the moment I seem to look at anything other than what I’m supposed to be doing
even if I don’t have a phone or anything infront of me I can guarantee I’ll find something interesting in the windows
Or I’ll make loads of lists of the things I should be doing because it makes me feel productive even tho I’m actually just procrastinating trying to avoid doing what I need to do
