Buckingham Palace: Doctors are "concerned" for the Queen's health

Around half an hour ago during PMQs in the House of Commons, the PM and Leader of the Opposition were pulled out of the chamber... with senior ministers being passed notes and then suddenly looking quite glum.

Something big is happening in the Commons - Keir Starmer is on his feet but has just been passed a note via his deputy Angela Rayner. SNP bench also made aware. A lot of very glum faces

Then just before, Buckingham Palace has released the following notice...

The whole country will be deeply concerned by the news from Buckingham Palace this lunchtime.

It is very unusual for the palace to release a statement like this.

My heart sank as this was going on and I feel quite sick. Prayers that this isn't the end.
