Foreign Aid budget to be cut to spend more on the Defence budget
Sir Keir Starmer announces the budget changes after President Trump threatens NATO unless countries pay up
Another legacy of Lord Cameron and George Osborne in the bin. If you recall, whilst cutting budgets at home, those two clowns between 2010-2016 were raising the Foreign Aid budget to 0.7% of GDP - which as I said at the time, was like having your family at home struggling to get by whilst you go out and buy your neighbours bottles of champagne.
What's even funnier though is that despite this being a Reform Party policy, Labour - as inept as they are - have yet again played a blinder and shown us just how useless the Conservative Party really is. 14 years in government and it couldn't do the obvious.
Of course I will not be happy until Foreign Aid is down to 0%, but we're getting there. Thank you President Trump for twisting the arms of European leaders and instilling some common sense in them. What a fantastic first month in office it has been.
