Welcome to the HxSS Hub!

This year you can find every link you will ever need during the Habbox Summer Spectacular in our new HxSS Hub.

You can access it by going to:

habbox.com/hxsshub

You can see all the links you need, the events booking panel, as well as links to DJ (if you're lucky enough to have DJ perms) AND your very own personalized HxSS stats!

Your first step will probably be to join a team - this is super simple and can be done here!

We've made it super easy to book events this year!

Firstly, check out what events & on-air comps are on by clicking here for our master list which lives on the Forum or to see upcoming events in your own time zone, click here!

How to book an event on Habbo

You don't need to post in a thread to book this year.
Either click the "Book this slot?" link from the forum thread linked above, or head straight over to add an event by clicking here or following the link from the HxSS Hub.

NB you do not book DJ comps here!



Fill in the information in the form above. If you've clicked a link, it will pre-fill with that event information. If you have just got to the panel yourself, it will automatically fill with the *current* slot time.

You can only book your own events here. Please don't book more than 5 events in advance - while we don't technically limit it, if you are found to be abusing the booking system, you will be banned from the panel and face a points penalty or disqualification.

Please note: events booked on the HxSS hub are booked in your LOCAL TIME.


Success!??

Click Add Event when you're done - it will tell you one of the following:

Event booked -	Woo!
You cannot book events in the past -	hmm, try making sure you're booking for the future
You cannot double book events -	someone else has nabbed this slot, soz!

If you see anything else, or have any errors, please report them in the #questions channel in Discord.


Uh... I need help.

HxSS Leaders can book, edit and cancel events on your behalf. Please post in the #questions channel on Discord for help.


What events can I host?

You can only host the list of events in the drop down.

You can find out more about all of those events guides on how to host and EVEN rooms to host in by looking at the list here:
Event Types, Guides and Rooms list

If you want to host a different event, please ask a Leader/Admin in the #questions channel in Discord.

You can edit and cancel your own events.

Just head over to the HxSS Hub > My Events and hit Edit on the one you want to change.

You'll then see a very familiar edit panel where you can change the event type, room ID and date/time.

If you want to cancel, just change the drop-down to Yes. The event will then turn red on the list.

Click Save when you're done.

NB: HxSS Leaders can book, edit and cancel events on your behalf. Please post in the #questions channel on Discord for help.

Booking on air comps

DJs do not need to post in the thread to do on air comps anymore.

Just click "Yes" on the drop down here while you're booking and managing your slot booking. Simple!

Hey everyone!

Are your messages not sending to the DJ?
Yes, we know this can be a problem.

Why is this happening?

There are a few causes: too many messages in the database, too many people sending at once, site's generally being slow, or maybe the Habbo radio genies have decided to hate us?

BUT if you are logged into the website, you will see a Check Messages button! Here you can see the latest messages the DJ has for your username.



But sometimes, you might SEND a message, but it won't actually appear and it will say "No messages". So annoying, I know.


Steps to fix

1. Try sending a few times. If there's loads of people sending at once... it might just not be able to handle you all!

2. Make sure you don't have multiple tabs open. Yes, literally this can cause it to not work as only one seems to count as 'active'. Also check other devices. One Habbox.com tab!

3. Ctrl + Shift + R (hard refresh) the site - or Cmd + Shift + R on Macs.

4. Clear the site cookies. Easy way below:

In Chrome, click the padlock in the URL bar. Click 'Cookies' then click Remove on all of them. Now do step 2.




On Firefox, click the padlock then the clear button. Now step 2.


Mobiles are SLIGHTLY harder. On the Chrome App, click the 3 dots > settings > Privacy > tick ONLY Cookies, Site Data > Done.

I don't know about any other phones or apps or browsers sorry - look up "how to clear cache and cookies [your browser]"

5. If it's STILL not working, clear your entire browser cookies & cache.

6. Try another browser? Log in there and see if they send.

7. If you STILL can't send, your IP might be blocked. DM lawrawrrr or FlyingJesus to check.

8. If all else fails and everything above has been tried, you may cry.
