When people on ur mates list talk 2 u it comes up red on the speech panal
but on some peoples its blue above the speech panel!
why is this?

On your Options you can change it... so the Private Messages Appear out of the Chat Box.. [Best]
Or you can just keep it to the Box.. which if you go on a busy world... you won't get Pm's

I always have my public chat set to hide, that's fine for me

You can change that.
Just click on the Spanner, and click Split Private Chat [ ON ]
