Well i went to alert a hobba about some one being racist and stuff in a room and twice i got d.c trying to alert them

Alert them? Do you mean use the blue ? to call for help? If it said Oops, Error! then you were probably errored by someone. If this happens, go to one of your own locked rooms and call a hobba to there. In the call for help, tell them that they keep kicking you from that room and you can't make the call for help from there.
