How do i create one to run off a cutenews system so that when i add nws to my site it sends my user messenger alerts i know how to setup alert system just not the feed thing please help

Should you wish to get a xml feed, I recommend using FusionNews.
I recommend FusionNews anyway, it's got so many features. It's much better security, better layouts, and an xml feed!!
