Banned for something I didn't do!

I doubt whether anyone can help, but still. I type at 69 words per minute, so in trade rooms it almost looks like I am flooding. However, just now I got banned. I wasn't even typing as much as usual, and it said I was banned for using a program. I never use programs. Is there anyway to get unbanned? And to have this removed from my record???

I'm not sure if this can be removed from your record but I would say that you should contact habbo in the contact us section and tell them the problem explaining everything with Why am I banned? as the reason that you are writing to them . Then just wait for a reply and that's all that I think you could do.
