What forum should i use....

Hiya what type of forum shall i use;


IPB 1.2
SMF
PHPBB
InvisonFree = IPB 1.3 - i think


and for Any of you say please can you also tell me good Skin sites for them

Yeah if your looking for something free then IPB 1.2 but if your paying then get IPB 2.1
