Here i have made it so that you can buy walls, doors, and roofs so that nobody can hear you.
if you are in the roffcovered section, it will cut the walls down and you can hear only the people inside the roofcovered part. nobody outside can hear you either.
furni can still be placed in the roofcovered part though.
you have to have rights to open the door (door can be left open though)

i will post an animation with the furni in the animations section check it out!!
