i AM Starting to get Bloodshot eyes i tried going of the P.c For a couple of Days and Just Build With lego and Stuff didnt work, why Am i getting bloodshot eyes anyway to get rid of it?

What makes eyes get bloodshot?

Causes of eye redness are:

* Foreign Objects Underneath the Eyelid, including
o Eyelashes
o Contact Lenses
* Air Pollution
* Smoke
o (Including cigarette smoke)
* Smog
* Dust
* Chlorine in swimming pools and hot tubs
* Other Chemicals
* Allergies
* Sun Glare
* Wind (dries eyes)
* Alcohol
* Illnesses, such as:
o Measles
* Colds
* Infections of the Eye, such as conjunctivitis ("pink eye")

I suggest going to your local pharmacy (Walgreens, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc.) and asking for over-the-counter eye drops. Ask for either Visine, Murine, or OcuClear, and the pharmacist will know what you need.

That was randomly informative, nice thread, I do tend to get bloodshot eyes alot but I hardly use medicines for it, wait a day or a few hours and they go away, no need to waste money.

chlorine does not make ur eyes blood shoot it is the aftershaves anti persrents people use and they dont shower before the go swimming so it all comes off in the pool thats why your eyes hurt

Chlorine does make your eyes bloodshot, if it wasn't then people must use a hell of alot of body spray etc... Chlorine is a chemical that helps keeps water clean e.g from urine etc...

Advice: Heavy ****/**** binging abuse can cause bloodshot eyes, I advise you to stop smoking it pls

Only joking, I get bloodshot eyes when I go on the PC for a lengthened time, it gives me headaches and makes my eyes ache. Lack of sleep also causes bloodshot eyes.
