Help Tool..Not So Helpful?

I've forgotten the password to my old account so I fill in the form.

First after about 3 days I get an email containing a pass which doesn't actually work.

So I redo the form, and get a reply a week later not containing my pass but explaining the help tool and telling me to reply to the email with what I need.

I've done that and it's been another week and no reply and I've redone the form but no reply.
