Not forgetting Moderators. You can find out who Mods a forum by going to the bottom of it. For example, the Habbo UK News and Rumours forum.

Only Mods, Admins and VIPs Can close but VIPS can only close their OWN threads..

yep and we close it by going thread tools>close thread or the each section where you see all threads we thick the ones we want to close and set at bottom page to close thread (moderators can use that VIP's can only use thread tools>close thread)
