:( Iframes!!!!!!

Hi,

Even though I am a webpage designer it still cant fix everything

The Iframe wont load up the 'Default' Page (The home page) automaticly. I have started to bang my head on the wall It just wont do it!!!! I have to use IFrames because of my layout it wont work with PHP Includes.

Heres my code:

Please help I have tryed everything I can think of!
