I Just Logged On To Habbo After Getting Errored And I Saw That All The Public Rooms Were Empty :s Did Everyone Get Errored?

No it's a glitch some times.

I think it did happen once when Habbo went under maintenance for V8

got that with the guest rooms as welll, i guess they were all reset when removing battle ball
