I have noticed that Aquae isn't Competition Staff anymore, and was wondering if the Missing Pixel competition will still be running. And if the winner will still get his/her prize?

There is absolutely no reason why this competition would not be running still.
It's inevitable there will be staff changes at some point in any department of Habbox. When one member of staff leaves we don't stop the competition, and more importantly the prize was donated by someone, not by the person who runs the competition. So of course the prize will be handed over Why would you think it wouldn't?

Becuase I didn't know if the Competition still ran if the staff member holding the competition quits the job etc;
