ok, i cant belive nelly is right this time, but yes ftp set him up a ftp acount. if oyu have a free cpanel host or cpanel and give him acces to the rares partr just make a new folder names rares and put thepage there and he will log in like ftp.yoiursite.com and then goto file and log in as rarevalues@yoursite its up to you the username and password.
