help i made an alt but how do i put it on my thread to make it show up

ok i got an picture of an alt i made BUT BIG BUT i can't get it on here this bit and i am confused how to do it so tell me please

ok when you post the thread under the text box theres a button that says "manage Attachments" and you click that then you pick the file you want to upload and tada! thats it

also another way is to go to a free hosting site like imageshack.us and uploading your image onto there, then it will give a list of different URL's, you copy the one that has "[img]"and "[/img]" either side of it
