Well I was thinking of going to barrows to get owned ;p But can I snare them? like Torag or veracs or even guthan?

Yeah it works, just don't use it on Dharok... If you're snare runs out and he's below 10. He'll hit a nice 58 on you.

You can snare them, but it's pretty useless. If you're wanting to do something like that use ancient magicks, ice burst or barrage. It'll just run out and you'll get owned.

Should I attempt barrows? Combat 83, Mage 56, Range 45.
I expect the answer will be: Get mage and range up, but ah well.
