    just got mage to 40 on monkeyfish and bought full white mystic , then it said u need 20 defence to wear it i was like, noooooooooooooooo, anyway were should i train since it takes ages to get defence up as noob, u hardly hit! so were should i train, rock crabs? moss giants? were...

    Its good to use the defensive on your staff and use magic to get it up you only get 2xp per hit but its faster than getting ti with 1 attack, str and def
