I played for around ten minutes, no lag at all, then it started stopping and smoothing every five seconds. Ever since Beta I've had performance issues (had to put it on Tiny render even before that) but now it's unbearable. I won't be able to play regularly with you guys unless I get a new PC which won't be for many months. Sighhhh...

No need, it's my computer that's the problem, not the server. Problems before on ye olde Stuto server just got worse thanks to Notch improving the game. Not sarcasm, I just can't handle the awesome-sauce anymore.

Sure, you can be the town mayor. Just find some unused land and create plots using fences to mark where buildings will go, footpaths, squares, alleys, minecart infrastructure etc..

Yer, i was just annoyed is all. Like i said, try and kill me, i afk all the time so go for it. But i never touched anyones houses/made it any longer for someone. And just because i didnt have any time it just made things longer for me, thankfully tom stepped in (and not stuto, nice one bro!(but thats something else)). But like you said, its over. Smooth stone looks so much better than cobbles might as well make a dirt castle for how cheap it looks. Mine I have no idea what it's gonna end up as but to start with it'll be just some kind of tower thing, I stole all the visible clay on the map within like a 10 minute travel distance in all directions so unless someone has a roof made of diamond and obsidian it'll be the rarest building on the server I win

Literally no idea it's already quite tall at 4 blocks because the island's a cliff, might make it sort of forked so it'll go up and then have towers coming off it sideways so go ahead with a lighthouse if you want one

Looks like it crashed while it was copying the world files to back it up and a load of chunks were missing. Now that we've logged Minecraft has just done random generation on the missing chunks.

Server's back, if you have problems connecting connect to svr.gamebit.me instead. World isn't in the RAM atm so world loading may be a little slow, other than that should be fine, if any issues let me know.

Pings should also be lower for UK-based users as it's in Germany now. Hopefully this dedi won't keep rebooting like the US based one did.

Well, i would have thought 3-4 diamonds per stack of iron. considering. Infact, i'd say 6 diamonds - 21 Iron pickaxes (64 bars) equals 2709 uses, whereas one diamond pickaxe, 3 diamonds. Is only 1025 uses.

But yeah.

Iron, I would prob do 2 diamonds per stack. Not 3-4 because diamond also gives a speed boost on stuff. It isn't all about uses.

Also, diamond stuff is bugged, I swear I don't get 1000 uses, it just disappears randomly.

And nah, 2 diamonds is too little tbh. And iron isnt THAT much slower than diamond.

Yeah I had a diamond axe which seemed bugged to not go down in durability at all but then it decided to work as it ought to while I was clearing your land of trees :( did well out of it though, but I agree diamond tools are somewhat random in their use

Unban graham, he was an amazing builder. The server's community is quite nice now and we don't have any disputes so I think he'd be good.

I don't have access yet, I told tom not to bother until i've settled down to a new pc and we've got a server we don't need to keep moving from.

Making sure you have a pile of feathers. If you're holding a feather whilst landing then you won't die. A bit like if a plane runs out of fuel it will crash and burn, but if it still has fuel it can land safely.

I think we all are since iron is so expensive etc. It's hard to put a price on stuff since there is so many diamonds.

It's not too much, you get 16 tracks per craft set widget mabob with six iron required per track so it's like 2.2 Tracks per iron.

Yeah, it's not like you have to spend some insane amount of six iron per track.. It's still a 24 iron loss in total though..

WTH. It's so odd, the server is up but just stops replying to connection requests. It's back up, will try and get the reboot site up tonight.

flyRidgeFly is disabled to see if that's the problem.
