Seems Rockstar have started rolling out the stimulus package to everyone now as some users on reddit have reportedly gotten all $500,000 at once.

Attention all Grand Theft Auto Online players, we have begun the Stimulus Package direct deposit into each of your in-game bank accounts. This GTA$500,000 deposit applies to all GTA Online players in the month of October 2013.

We expect that it will take up to 2 full days for the Stimulus Package to be fully delivered to the entire player base from October 2013, so please be patient if you do not see it appearing in your in-game bank account just yet. We will update this post on Friday when we expect all the GTA$ Stimulus Package deposits to have been completed.

Thanks go out to everyone for their continued patience and understanding while we worked through these issues, and we can’t wait to bring more into the world of GTA Online. I have a large group of friends who have bought it... all of whom play on Xbox lmao

(Thankfully, they will almost certainly gradually get PS4s this time ;))

PS3. Will always stick with PS too (most likely) I don't play enough and my internet is shocking to get a sexbox

There seems to be a glitch after last weeks DLC update. Some players have the ability to give players cash in an online game. Not only this, but these players have infinite cash. Somebody gave me $600,000,000 - how will I ever spend this?!

Has anyone tried the content creator yet?

However, there is another glitch involving selling your car repeatedly in LS Customs and keeping the car. If you've not tried it, give it a go. I'm level 86 online and with the unlocks I have for a car I can get about $113,000 per each sale.

Ah damn, was hoping you were PS3 haha (even checked your user profile ;))

Wasn't the LS Customs car thing patched? You could then do it with a bike, but that was physically impossible to make anything worthwhile on because I couldn't upgrade my bike as I hadn't done races.. :L

Ahh, I need to change that! Yeah I sold my PS and got an Xbox. All my mates had an Xbox so I felt left out :(

As a matter of fact I've not tried it since the last update so it very may well be patched.

This is the issue I've had :L A fair few of my friends had playstations, but don't use them any more - all my friends who do still play use Xbox. I didn't see the point in paying out for another console though :L
