It is not too steep, you go on VATSIM and everyone is out at that angle.

The video of that climb out is no way near as steep as Matt's climb out - The climb out on the video is well within limits, else it would be climbing at that angle.. Matt's clearly isn't.

Seriously you all need to grow up with a few exceptions, that takeoff is steep, atleast at 20 º, but the 757s are known for a powerful take off and climb out. In real life this wouldn't put the passengers in any danger.
