;/
if your gonna try and inforce the rules, id advise acutaly reading them first.
Sorry, but the rules are there for a reason and are set by Habbox Staff. Just because a member tells you to break a rule, doesn't mean it's ok. If he told you to create a racist post with loads of swearing in it, you know yourself you wouldn't do it and it wouldn't be acceptable - it's the same principle.
However, I'm only doing my job, nothing personal!
Notice the bit in bold, and then whos permission he had?for example in a Private Message or in a private forum, without the author's permission.
More you talk about it, more it sounds like attention.
Stop before it becomes a habit and we're all humans and equal, everyone is different, geehh i had spots on my head, didn't affect me in anyway.
Haven't updated this in around a year, so now i have
Don't not eat. (And don't use double negatives.)
Not eating will do you no good at all - and it certainly won't lose you as much weight as you would on pretty much any diet. Not eating means your metabolism doesn't get kickstarted. This means your body won't start breaking down fats properly into glycerol and fatty acids; which of course is essential for weightloss. You can't lose fat if it isn't being broken down.
Just try and stick to three regular, healthy meals a day, try doing a bit of daily exercise, and you'll do fine.
