I doubt that, it takes at least a week to go into starvation mode?
If you dont eat for a few days, then yes, you'll feel ill, but it takes a while to loose weight, not just 3 days.
Nah I have a high matablsm anyways so I'm skinny, but even I was amazed at the weight.
Well, you dont just really loose weight in 3 days just because you havent ate.
It takes a while for your body to go into starvation mode, usually you gain some first, and then you loose weight.
But whatever ;], everyone has different experiences when they 'experiment' with starvation.
Maybe it's not obvious to him? Contrary to what you might think, there are people that have insecurities and need help. Not everyone with a problem is an attention seeker.

Sorry if you know its bad then why? and also it makes you fatter not eating, why not just llive on salads like i do and im doing ok.
Excersise, and a bit of dieting are what you need![]()

Of course, naturally sometimes you dont feel like eating.
But theres a differance between not wanting to eat and not feeling like eating.
The most important thing a body needs is food, and of course water, warmth and shelter. But by cutting of that supply, its very life risking.
Starvation can cause depression, eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, anorexia, bulimia) and can damage your insides.
Like ive advised, dont starve, eat the healthy standards of 3 meals a day, and a snack, have healthy fruit and yogurts, and exercise.
This is also advised to people who are thinking/planning/in the middle of starving themselfs to loose weight.
