i merchanted 3k sharks and as i got closer to end of em they got harder to sell

Maybe because most people hate you.


Also, i merchanted yewlongs + nats whilst high alching them. I gained about an extra 1k alchs in the process of 4k alchs, i got some good deals though

Ooo yes, I forgot to mention that when I was alching in seers bank, I also merchanted (uhhh, that may not be the correct phrase)

Hop from world to world after about 10 minutes in each, buying bowstrings at 150 each. You can get ALOT (seriously, many newbs make their first mill doing bowstrings, and will most likely sell at 150 ea)

Once you've collected atleast 1k of them, hop to w2 and sell 200 ea. A handsome profit.

And again, you can collect a bunch of workers for you, so whilst your spending your 'hard' earned cash, they'll be beavering away for you, and will sell you you later on, or when needed.

Same happend to me, I've still got 1k left what I'm trying to sell for 850k no one will buy, what ever you do dont try easters I bought one thinking well if I don't sell this for prfit with in the next hour I'll just sell it for what I bought it for, now I canrt even sell it at 9.3m, so i guess im stuck with it till easter where I either lose a load of make a load.

I tryed the shark method took me awhile to sell 3k.

If you can make prayer pots I suggest doing this.
Say you are going to make 100 pray pots.

1. Collect 100 of snapegrass yourself. (This is very easy go to waterbirth Island)
2. Buy Ranarrs at 7k each.
3. Buy vials from herblore shops for an average of 12gp then fill them with water.
4. Make your potions.
5. Go to edgevile on a fairly busy world and sell for 8kea. It may only be 1k profit a time but the more you make the biger profit.

Heres the maths,
100 Ranarrs x 7000gp = 700,000gp (700k)
100 Vials x 12gp = 1,200gp (1.2k)
Total of 701,200gp to make 100 prayer potions.

Then sell them for 8k each in edgevile bank on a busy world.

100 Prayer potions x 8000gp = 800,000gp (800k)
800k is the amount of money you will end up with.

Heres your profit;
800,000gp - 701200gp = 98800gp (98.8k)

The longest part to that method is finding enougth Ranarr weeds.
