The fact that we are playing with 2 loanees up front (3 if you count Johann aswell) says it all.. Macca made a big mistake not spending some, if not all, of the Bridges money in the transfer window for a quality striker. To make it even worse, we are going to need to buy at least 2/3 strikers in the summer if Hawley leaves.

You mean when Hawley leaves :rolleyes: apparently the club and him have stopped talking to each other, so I've heard. And that's very true, in my view, Macca is a bad manager. He doesn't have the nack of going to win games. He gets a goal and sits back instead of going for another. He's also proved he's crap in the transfer market as you've said. Wouldn't Deuchar be worth a shot for next season? I know he's getting on a bit (well a lot), but he's proved himself at Northampton, so why not?

Hopefully we can get someone like Leon Constantine in the summer, we could do with a striker like him .
