All of this because you weren't granted your trial? You seem to think you could do a better job, nvr has already said there is going to be changes so comment when they have been made.

I hate to descend to the level of those who take potshots from afar, but doing what she "despises" me for aparently doing (AKA: my job) all in the same hour is a bit much.

As much as I hate to advise a higher staff member, I would suggest that was continued via PM, as it has nothing to do with the topic.

As for the topic, I think falling popularity is to be expected as the overall population of habbo falls. I personally think the room should be revamped and made into more of a help desk, maybe incoporate events and a rare values/habbox drop-in into the basic function of the room? Either that or leave it completely and move the staff to productions or start a new project. As nvr and MAD have said, it isn't likely to get a lot better leaving it in its current state.

If you're speaking of your infractions :rolleyes: I'm sorry for doing my jobs without bias. I apologize for infracting you for posts I was reported, and not ignoring my job and my duty to be fair and instead punishing you for something you did wrong. I apologize for you experiencing the repercussions of rulebreaking, and not giving you the preferential treatment you evidently expected.

I can't hear you say that but it sounds like you're coming on hard by saying that to her to be honest. Perhaps you could respect her opinion?

Believing all you hear isn't the way to go about life. Its great that you are so trusting in people, but its best to hear both sides before you make such a critical judgement like that

I've explained the Ross situation at *least* 10 times now. I'm not going over it again. Just search it in the HxHD forum. The reason you weren't hired is twofold. First of all you have a temper which cost you the job the first time. Secondly, I invited you to PM me as to what particularly in the application set me away from it. And you did, and I gave you the EXACT reasons why you were not picked. I can't remember all of them, but I do remember your application was far too technical and you didn't focus on the human side of things, that is interacting with the people and actually helping people. You basically sent me an essay on computers. Bren said he liked it because he is a friend, and above all he is much too loyal to be mean to his mates, I know that about him. John is your brother so he's not exactly going to say "Your app was horrible" is he, especially as he's a good brother and was trying hard as he could to keep you the first time (and I gave you several extra chances because of his hard lobbying, did you ever remember to thank him for that? )

I do not have a temper, I knew exactly what I was doing and I did it calmly. I don't see that it's fair you say I had a temper as you can not hear me like I'm talking just see the words on the pages so the tone of the text can not be verified. As for my application John called my first application to the desk the very first time I applied, he was honest about it. Bren answered and I took it, I'm friends with him. I'm not, however, friends with MAD who read my application and told me it was good. You say John saved me like it's supposed to be foreign information to me, yet I already knew it.

I was friends with John until the day he was fired, because on the day he was fired he decided to scream, rant, and rave at me, and if a friend of mine decides that our friendship is no longer worth anything because he lost a job on a fansite, then I don't see the point in us being friends if he's so easily changed

True John said something bad to you but even before he did you blocked his main messaging account. He obviously assumed that you caused him to be fired which, even you should admit sounds reasonable so then he went on his second account and called you a "weasel." I've even been called worse .

How is it exactly right my good sir? Did I PM you your dismissal letter? I'd like to see the proof that the firing was entirely of my doing.

He was simply agreeing to what I said I don't understand why you are communicating to him with regards to it.

By all means rant and rave about the lazy managers. Imo Nvr is one of the most hard working, loyal members of Habbox Staff he manages more than 3 departments and does all the staff permissions and editing. I think allot more would agree than disagree that Nvr is one of hardest working members of Habbox staff.

When I created this thread it was 100% dead basically. Jake is in there making it popular now, Ross, is correct by saying Nvrspk has been too inactive but the only thing we can do is tell him this; he already knows it. He will (hopefully) fix that. It's not the time zone, Nvrspk you and I are only 1 hour apart and it makes no difference.
