I wasn't too keen on the until they said just take your mind of it and talk about something you like.

I just talked about football and I didn't realized I had one.

In hospital when I they fought I had meningitis I had to have 7-9 injections.

I was talking to my dad about the match coming up and it was like a flash.

Btw, I didn't have meningitis in the end.

Yeah its only for few secs
The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."

A good thing is to cough when having an injection ;D You don't feel as much.
Reason: Something scientific but it works. ;D

Or you can chew gum or eat some chocolate while you're having your injection to put your mind off it a bit.
