I read somewhere that some schools have banned the phrase "Brain Storm" and had to change it to "Mind Map" because Brain Storm could be classed as another word for what happens to mentally disabled people.

Oh come on thats just plain silly now isn't it? Even if it is in a Islamic country or what ever the children picked the name, she couldn't exactly go 'NO'Z SOZ WE CANTZ CAL IT DATZ OR ITZ WIL B OFFENCIZ LETZ CAL ITZ MR BEAR' now could she?

    Just plain silly.

Edit: Too above, our school can't do 'spider diagrams' now we have to call it something stupid because our council believe it will hurt spiders feelings... no joke. :/

That's stupid, it's a name "/ Who cares if it could be named after some religious person who probably in reality wasn't all that great. couldn't they take the bears name as a compliment?!

Heck, people are named Muhammad, surely they need to be slaughtered for dare having such a sacred name? Stupid.

At our school we're not allowed to call it either the teachers have to call it a 'Though shower', lol. Although I don't think any of them care because like most of the students they think it's pathetic.

Unless she named it Mohhamed and used it as like a voodoo doll becuase she hated muslims. I see no problem with naming a teddy bear that.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.
