    It isnt a single text file, but in update.php iv repeated the process about 3 times to update all the current files

    I was just thinking that... In all honesty mate, I'd probably go with an upload upgrade rather than something like this. It's a nice idea in theory, but messy :eusa_wall

    I take it you have taken into account backing up the sql data and then updating the db.

    I assume he means in case the database file is edited incorrectly in some way during an upgrade?

    Pretty much. If you make any db updates in a new release then how do you plan on implementing them through auto updating?

    The database is only edited when new features are added But yes, it is all backed up (To their server, not mine). And if anything does go wrong during the update, you can run rebuild.php and that will restore the system to V1.0 (Keeping the same database/sql file, stops you loosing on packages youv added ) and you can wait till the bug is fixed before re-updating

    umm... im rly not a fan of this rembmering your news system.. is this all in 1 file too? will it have an order system? do you love me? do u know how to make it connect to whm? ect can u cater for other web admins?
