That crazy, half of my school kiss eachever at lunch and break, i doubt they gonna shut the school down becasue of it? or take away hald of the pupils.

    What they can do is,

Make more lessons on sex, at early age. I havent had a lesson yet? :S In my 2nd school atm.

They can start having more police around london and the most raping areas

Thats also very true. A flaw I found in this new law is that they say kissing under the age of 16 is a criminal offence but at the same time the legal age for having sex is 16. How exactly does that work? So teenagers at the age of 16 can have sex but cannot kiss.

I really do agree the education department should make more of a effort to educate teen's about sex at a early age. Also just to add, in the highschool I matriculated from last year has a rule of no personal contact between students meaning you may not kiss or even hug through showing affection while on the school premises. I really disagree with that.

I think you meant "kissing under and at the age of 16"? As you said in the first post...

[quote=FlyingJesus;4352695]In the UK it's illegal to kiss (properly) in public if you're under 14.

I didn't know about that law, but both the laws mentioned are contravening the Convention on Human Rights which states we have a human right to freedom of expression.
It just sounds to me like the nany state culture and political correctness are attempoting to creep back into our society.
I completely agree that it's age discrimination and is again trying to remove more rights from under 18's.

Same at my school/ 6th form, and the teachers really don't seem to mind that much. Most of the teachers just feel people kissing in corridors are expressing affection, which is a fact.
    It's crazy
