JJB gym really isn't too expensive, I go there and it's £19.00 a month, which is hardly asking a lot considering most gyms are a fiver a visit. JJB has everything as well.

Get him to give you tips.

Just get some cheap weights from Argos to start with. £14.99 or less for them crappy York ones. 7.5kg on each arm, but I just used one and gradually inceased it (made it 10kg, then 12.5kg, then 15kg). That should last you a fair while.

Also get a pullup bar. Summit like £7.49 from Argos. Might get one o' them myself there a laugh lol.

(Don't like Argos just easiest to browse).
    Doubt everything, even this.

    Ah right.
Well most of the stuff I said is relevant though. Cheap weights and a pullup bar.
I could do one or two pullups, week or so of 7.5kg weights and I could.
    Doubt everything, even this.

Yea i will just go to the gym as it is easier over here.
I need to go to the gym because i have done not much the past 6 months. Plenty of football and swimming but not enough all round.
