Unable to validate game version?

Ive just downloaded the patch and seem to be getting this error, is anyone else getting it?

edit: if you try to log onto kilrogg, it no longer comes up with the validation thing, but you can't play as servers are down

Start -> Run -> CMD

ipconfig /flushdns

Do you still have problems? It works fine for me now, just go to wait till Kilrogg is back up now.
