
Do running (Cardio vascular) and Chest flies:
Get a weight on both of your arms, spread them out to the side once lieing down on a raised surface and bring them back up to your chest again. Repeat that 12 times and you will loose the fat and gain muscle
i dont think they would want something to play with then.. unless you totally suck at doing it![]()
I suggest you do some runningwork that extra fat off..
maybe run round your block for 3 hours a day lol![]()
