Elkaa has sent it many times. Bans aren't allowed to be discussed on the forum front or via PM so if it you don't get a reply then you need a new email/sort your email out.

Then it's Elkaa's negligence unless it is proven that it is someone's email provider causing the issues... Deleting an email immediately after sending it (immediately being within a week or 2) from the sent box is showing terrible management skills. You remove emails after an issue is dealt with. But that is afterall if he sent the emails when someone requested them , considering he didn't say it himself  And why can't you do it via PM? If someone gets hold of your account and reads PMs... The he's wasting his time when no personal information is discussed through it anyway. Disucssing a ban via PM, and someone else is reading it won't mean diddly squat "/

You can't just say things like that without proof. He said he's tried and he'll have management to back him up!

He's sent the email numerous times (which I'm sure ---MAD--- checks over) so if he doesn't receive one then it's his own fault. As for PMs, Elkaa didn't make that rule so if you'd like it to be discussed I suggest you contact ---MAD---/sierk.

I've never really questioned Habbox or its staff before, but here goes...

Just one thing I observed, according to you a helluva lot of people have e-mail issues? I'm not taking sides, but that's my view. My main point is:

For the week I was moderator, pointless and off-topic posts were only to be dealt with when the person making them was doing it over and over. These days there are red "please do not make pointless post" warnings EVERYWHERE. And sometimes I think it's unfair, one gets one, and one replying to it on the same topic doesn't, but why is there a sudden increase and what is the punishment for pointlessly posting? Will this be fast track to a ban?

It's not his fault, it's his email providers fault and if there were issues I am sure he could just PM him, which isn't a security risk, even if Elkaa didn't make such a rule...

Yes, you can see our edits but you don't know if we have actually given a warning/infraction to the user. Just because we've edited the post does not necessarily mean that they've been punished. You're correct though, people are only punished for excessive pointless/off topic posting and this is always dealt with by a super moderator/administrator.

Like I've said, it's up to ---MAD---/sierk, not Elkaa.
