Out of all the suggestions we put forward only one was not accepted by management and the rest all put into action, which in my view is fantastic.

Secondly, one can not expect the council to start off running efficiently in its first few weeks of operation. Most things in life take time to fully establish and to brand it a 'failure' is not necessary, however you do have the right to air your opinions. May it be said that the Habbox Council is now stronger than it's ever been and things are really starting to stabilize with a promising future ahead.

I'm not pointing fingers to a sole but let's get real. There are always forum users who go out of their way to make other users day to day experience on the forum hell through constant, unnecessary negativity. Very often with the sole purpose to gain attention or to live out this little child like e-rebel fantasy life style in front of a PC screen. If banning a user for constantly being negative is such a crime then how do we ensure a fun and youthful experience for those forum users who seek a enjoyable online environment, something the Habbox Forum has been established to do? I think many users also need to remember this is a Habbo forum open to users of all ages, old and young alike.

Lastly, this is not aimed in anyway at you, Undertaker, as I don't know you well enough to comment on your situation and I hardly ever come across the posts you create. This is my general opinion on the topic at hand.
The council has failed so far and seeing the main members and person who set it up quit is what i base my opinion on. Of course you could all get it running perctly and I will applaud you if you do but its failed so far.

I think people always being negative deserve being permed but in this case its far from it.

edit. I really should start quoting people otherwise I am going to seem like I am pointless posting. This was in response to boonzeet.
Who would a UAE joke offend?

Extreme example of this is slander, which is (I believe) regarded as a criminal offence?

Basically, I would have no problem with banning anybody that set out to impose their negative opinions on others, with the intention of influencing the opinions of others.
I think that's a harsh approach, surely every person would be looked at differently, you can't just see one negative opinion and think *auto ban*. Not everyone thinks in the same way and as long as something is gone about the right way then I see no problem in negative views, it's the way in which it is said. Sometimes though seeing as this is an Internet forum things may not come accross how they are meant which leads to mistakes, like people getting banned. Also if someone posts something in the feedback forum about something they don't like, they are going to state there case on why they think the way they do, so would you see that as influencing the opinions of others? That just wouldn't work if people made negative comments and didn't expand.

That's over the top, like I (and many others) said, it's how you go about it.

Mad is highly racist? I thought he took offence to it and certain female member because of in Mad's opinion she had a racist outburst that was nothing of the sort.

I think a big problem is alot of the higher up staff dont find the time to post around the forums these days. It makes a better community when the staff and members can talk in threads and even have a bit of a laugh. Maybe we are banned from having any sort of a sense of humour these days.

Yep. You say Iran here you might get a perm ban.

I've been IP banned on here over 4 times. Strangley, MOD's deny it and apparently they haven't ever seriously IP'd someone.

Plus MAD is highly racist? When?

Also, to jrh2002. People with no sense of humor have no tolerance when it comes to humorous people. That's why people get infractions for jokes with the reason "please do not be offensive to other users" when the other user said it was a joke!

Mmhmm. In the articles department we can share a joke, we don't get fired. James is always talking about **** in a jokey way, he hasn't been fired (yet.)

We have fun, and Professor-Alex is one of the few in management with a sense of humor.

It isn't over the top, it's the truth. Habbox shouldn't be able to say who can and who cannot visit the forum on the basis that they are to negative.
