If you've seen them on webcam and spoken to them via mic/phone, go for it! I'd take a friend to be doubly sure if you're not all that confident about it

no no no I know what he's on about...If he's thinking about the same thing I am then quite a while ago....Some bloke managed to get a girl to meet him because he had somehow set this cam up that looked like she was speaking to someone younger....Can't remember what it was...Either like a pre-recorded one I can't remember ...But he got round it some how he got sent down for it anyway...dirty freak!

But still even by seeing someone on cam...speaking to them for a long time...still doesn't show someones true colours. It's always best to use good judgment and take someone with you for a first meet.

I don't see who would go through all that trouble when they can find some sap and not even show them a webcam and still meet up with them. Idk, confusing but yea. I've never personally met up with someone, but a few of my friends in r/l used to played and so yeah.

Some webcams have video card abilities.
Like a memory card, you could say to play pre-made videos.
