If im referred to dick in real life, why would i need to change my name (nickname) just because a forum rules are made up by 14 year old kids who find it offensive, its completely stupid.

If you are going to make an argument for unfiltering the word based on Richard, drop it now. I absolutely refuse to acknowledge that the word should be unfiltered so that you can use it as a nickname. Rich is just as many letters as the alternative nickname. That's simply an argument to get it unfiltered, to use it for different things.

Nvr, in the UK we get tought sexual education in primary school (about 10 yr old?) so most people know what the D word is.
If they don't they 1. Lol at them and 2. it won't effect them if they get called a dick?
